Refund Policy

Refund & Replacement Eligibility

We will issue a refund or replacement for the following reasons

✅ Damaged or Defective Items – If your product arrives damaged or defective, please provide clear photo evidence within seven days of delivery
✅ Incorrect Item Sent – If you receive the wrong item, contact us with a photo of the received product and your order number
✅ Order Not Delivered – If your order has not arrived within thirty days for US orders or forty five days for international orders from the shipment date, we will issue a refund

Non Refundable Situations

❌ Buyer’s remorse such as changing your mind or ordering the wrong item
❌ Late claims such as requests made after seven days of delivery
❌ Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
❌ Used or Worn Items – We cannot issue refunds or replacements for products that have been used or worn

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  1. Contact us with your order number, photos of the product issue, and a description of the problem
  2. Our team will review your request within forty eight hours and determine eligibility
  3. If approved, we will either issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement at no extra cost
